At my daytime job, we are required to use FrontPage to service our websites, uploading files, carrying out normal maintenance and other housekeeping. We can use other applications, like Dreamweaver, but we can't access the server with that application. It's a security issue. I don't recommend anyone who is serious about web design to use FrontPage, but it's widely available so I am including a few links for reference.
